If you are getting emails from Line 6, even after opting out on your account's email preferences, you are likely getting Support Community watch emails. The support pages have a separate set of email preferences that differ from your account email preferences. To turn them off, please log in to your account and go to My Account...Email Preferences (http://line6.com/account/emailpreferences/) and uncheck the "Clear Community Watches" box. Another way to do this is to go to any of our support pages, such as http://line6.com/support/main-documents.jspa, then go to Your Stuff...Preferences...Email Notification Preferences (http://line6.com/support/user-notification-preferences!input.jspa) and make your changes.
